In my ongoing journey of personal development across various areas of my life, whether it’s marketing, entrepreneurship, personal branding, or other fields like leadership, continuous education, and communication, I believe I’ve spent hundreds of hours watching podcasts, interviews, and inspirational speakers. To be honest, these resources have truly helped me grow and view things from new perspectives.

At some point, while pondering how to find clients, I took a closer look at “my own backyard” and realized something essential: I don’t just need clients; I need partners and amazing people to connect with. Not with the pressure of working together immediately, but simply for the sake of networking, socializing, and exploring their stories. Yes, I don’t just create stories through images, I absolutely love listening to them.

This is how the Cabo Talks project was born, a podcast dedicated to marketers and entrepreneurs, where I had the opportunity to meet extraordinary people. After hosting my first guests, I realized this is one of the most beautiful ways to build connections. The moment someone shares their personal or professional story makes that person so much more interesting, and the connections formed are much more authentic.

On the other hand, I also thought about how the Cabo Talks podcast can truly make an impact. I quickly realized that its value lies in the connections it creates and the opportunity to uncover valuable ideas that can influence the professional journeys of those involved. Through this podcast, I provide visibility for my partners, build a platform of useful resources for listeners, and most importantly, share what I’ve learned.

What I’ve also discovered is that podcasts create a space where vulnerability and honesty become strengths. Each episode is an invitation to an authentic conversation, where stories of successes, failures, and lessons learned have the power to inspire and motivate listeners. Many times, while hearing the experiences of my guests, I’ve recognized my own dilemmas or challenges, and their solutions have guided me forward.

Another unexpected benefit of this project has been that these conversations have helped me develop greater empathy. By exploring their perspectives, I’ve learned to be more open and attentive to the details that shape each person’s story. This has not only enriched the podcast but also had a positive impact on my personal and professional life.

Ultimately, Cabo Talks is more than just a creative project for me. It’s a way to give back to the community, offer inspiration, and build a bridge between people with fascinating stories. Each episode is a small piece of a larger mosaic that I hope will become a source of value and positive energy for everyone who chooses to listen.

With the start of 2025, I plan to relaunch this project with even more enthusiasm. I would be delighted to meet as many people as possible in the coming year. If you have a story to share, want to connect, or wish to share your experiences to help others grow, I invite you to reach out to me. Cabo Talks aims to be a platform that inspires even those just starting out, giving them the courage to follow their passions and build their own stories. Together, we can transform simple ideas into perspectives that make a difference.
