Every day at Cabo Studio starts with energy, enthusiasm, and a good cup of coffee—or four, in my case. 😅 Anyone who’s worked with us or knows me personally knows I’m a huge coffee enthusiast. While each project we take on is unique, our daily routine is designed to ensure we consistently deliver the best results to our clients.
The morning kicks off with a quick team meeting. We discuss the day’s schedule, review our project list, and establish priorities. If we have a photo or video shoot planned, preparations begin right away: adjusting the lighting, cleaning the lenses, and checking all the equipment. Every detail is carefully managed to set the stage for a successful and productive day.
As the day unfolds, clients start arriving at the studio.
We make sure the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, offering them not just a seamless session but an enjoyable experience overall. Interestingly, many of our clients—based on their own feedback—don’t just come to oversee the photoshoots; they often join us for a cup of coffee and good conversation. This speaks to a philosophy I hold dear: building genuine relationships comes first, while being a service provider comes second.
During the photoshoots, every member of our team contributes their expertise—whether it’s finding the perfect angle, fine-tuning product details, or directing the subject. Our workflow is perfectly synchronized, ensuring every aspect of the shoot meets our high standards.
Of course, not all days are the same.
Given the nature of our work, we often focus on one or two major projects per month rather than filling every single day with smaller tasks. These larger projects, however, demand significantly more time for preparation, conceptualization, planning, shooting, and editing.
When we’re not actively working on client projects, we focus on improving ourselves.
We dedicate time to professional development through workshops—often online with globally renowned experts in the field—or by working on personal projects. These personal experiments challenge us to learn new techniques, push creative boundaries, and continually refine our skills. This ensures that when the next big client project arrives, we’re fully prepared to deliver results of the highest quality.
Afternoons are often dedicated to image processing.
This is when we select the best shots, apply meticulous retouches, and ensure that every photograph aligns with the client’s vision. Using the latest technologies and software, we make certain that the final images are flawless and meet the highest standards.
Sometimes, we step out of the studio for on-site shoots at the client’s factory, customized studios, or other project-specific locations. Additionally, we take on more complex assignments where collaboration with various partners becomes key to success. These moments inspire us to think outside the box and continually come up with creative solutions that deliver results we’re proud of.
At the end of the day, the greatest satisfaction comes from the positive reactions of our clients.
There’s nothing quite like knowing that our work contributes to the success of the brands that choose us. Every day at Cabo Studio is a blend of hard work, creativity, collaboration, friendship, and fun. And at the end of it all, we take pride in adding value to our clients’ stories.
